Terms and conditions
The terms for using this website and the AI Policy Generator. Effective October 21, 2026.
Accepting these terms
Faith Focused Tech (faithfocusedtech.com) is operated by Heidi A. Campbell ("we," "us"). By using it, including the AI Policy Generator, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you are using the website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Consulting and custom work
Descriptions of consulting services by Heidi A. Campbell and custom technology services by Troy Shepherd are for general information. They are not offers. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
The AI Policy Generator
The generator is a free tool that produces a draft AI use policy, a readiness score and companion materials from your answers. Please understand what it is and isn't:
- It is a starting point, not legal advice. The output is general guidance. It does not create an attorney-client, consulting or other professional relationship, and it may not reflect the laws that apply to your organization, your denomination's requirements, or your particular circumstances.
- You are responsible for what you adopt. Review the draft with your leadership and, where appropriate, qualified legal counsel before relying on it. Pay particular attention to items marked "To decide."
- The score is an aid, not a certification. It reflects your answers against the generator's criteria and does not certify compliance with any law or standard.
- It may change. We may update, suspend or discontinue the generator at any time.
Purchases and licenses
The handbook and the implementation kit are digital products, sold through our online store. Policy reviews are paid at checkout, and we then contact you to schedule your session. Purchases are processed by Creem, our reseller and merchant of record, so your receipt and card statement will show Creem's name. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
- Individual copy of the handbook: a personal, non-transferable license for one person to read and use the handbook. Please don't share the file with others.
- Organization license: a license for one organization, meaning a congregation, ministry, school or nonprofit. The organization may share the handbook with up to five of its own staff, volunteers or board members, in print or electronically. It may not post the handbook publicly or share it with other organizations.
- Implementation kit: includes the handbook under an organization license. You may edit, adopt and use the kit's templates within your organization. You may not resell or redistribute them.
- Policy review: includes an individual copy of the handbook. The review is advisory and is not legal advice.
- Denominations, dioceses and networks: sharing the handbook, kit or generator with member organizations requires a separate written agreement.
Because digital products are delivered right away, sales are final. If a file doesn't work or you bought the wrong license, contact us through our contact form within 14 days and we will make it right. All licenses remain subject to the rest of these terms, and the handbook and kit stay the property of Heidi A. Campbell.
Your content
The answers you enter and the policy you generate belong to you and your organization. You may use, modify, adopt, print and publish your generated policy and its companion materials for your organization's purposes without attribution, though we appreciate it.
When you finish the generator's questions, or email yourself a copy, purchase a policy review or buy the implementation kit, you allow us to store and process your answers and the generated policy to deliver it to you and as described in our privacy policy. Please do not submit information you don't have the right to share, or sensitive personal information about individuals.
Our content
Apart from your generated policy, the content of this website, including its text, design, graphics and the generator's questions, logic and policy language, is owned by Heidi A. Campbell or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell or create a competing tool from it without our written permission.
